Capitol Movement Dance Company performs concerts brimming with artistically excellent, diverse repertory that creates a unique appeal to experienced dance enthusiasts and newcomers alike. This company has been praised for having “captivating energy, enthusiasm, range and skill of dancers” (Michael Clements , Executive Editor of Washington Life Magazine). Pamela Sorensen founder and creator of Pamelaspunch.com (acclaimed for getting the “who, what, when, where” of Washington, DC’s social and philanthropic scene) also praised the group for giving her a “visceral reaction, which included chills and tears”.

Capitol Movement Dance Company is available for a variety of bookings, including evening-length repertory concerts and highly-tailored shows for organizations looking to meet specific performance needs. Capitol Movement Dance Company also offers combination performance and teaching residencies, and lecture-demonstrations that combine work for children and adults.
