Currently entering her sixth year as a company member with Capitol Movement, AJ Alexander began her formal dance training in 2003 at Emerson School for the Visual and Performing Arts, where she studied a variety of dance styles throughout middle and high school. After relocating to Maryland in 2016, Ashley expanded her professional performance experience by dancing in the AFL and MASL before becoming a member of the Washington Redskins First Ladies of Football from 2019 to 2021.
