HipHop Workshop with Lea Crigger
Intermediate/Advanced hip hop dance workshop now open for registration. Join us on December 13th from 2:30 to 4:00 PM at Onlife Fitness.
This workshop will be led by Lea Crigger, a professional dancer, instructor, and creative renowned for her work with artists such as Gwen Stefani, T-Pain, Ozuna, Nicky Jam, Daddy Yankee, and Ava Max, and her early foundation with the Miami Heat Dancers. Drawing from a lifetime of versatile training, international touring, and her signature fusion of musicality, strength, and feminine power, Lea teaches with a focus on technique, textures, dynamic control, and mindset.
Her classes are designed to build confidence, refine artistry, and push dancers to new levels, both mentally and physically. Lea believes movement is transformational and is committed to helping every dancer unlock the discipline, intention, and authenticity needed to elevate their craft.

Performance Series at CityDance Studios
Go beyond the typical weekly dance class and join Capitol Movement for a Performance Experience! During the 8 week session, students of all levels will explore contemporary choreography to be performed on stage with Capitol Movement in a final performance at the Atlas Intersections Festival in February 2026.

Reflections celebrates Capitol Movement's 20-year legacy through dance that bridges past and present. This evocative concert features iconic repertory works alongside powerful new pieces exploring racial justice, gender equity, youth empowerment, and community healing. Spanning contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, and lyrical styles, each performance offers a distinct perspective on identity, resilience, and hope—showcasing movement as a universal language of resistance, joy, and unity.
